Alex Lee joined Interflour Group in 1999 as General Manager of Lahad Datu Flour Mill Sdn Bhd. Since then, he has held several senior positions across various business units such as Group Marketing Director, CEO of Interflour Group subsidiaries in West and East Malaysia namely Prestasi Flour Mill (M) Sdn Bhd, Sarawak Flour Mill Sdn Bhd, Sabah Flour & Feed Mill Sdn Bhd and Lahad Datu Flour Mill Sdn Bhd. He has led and established Interflour as a popular consumers’ wheat flour brands in Malaysia.

He was also appointed as President Directors of PT Eastern Pearl Flour Mill and PT Golden Grain Mill in Indonesia from 2017 to 2019, to strategize and deliver consistent results to improve shareholders’ equity prior returning to Malaysia in 2020 as CEO of Interflour Malaysia.
