Joe Lau joined the Interflour Group in August 2003. Since then, he has held several positions across various business units in Interflour Group such as Group Internal Auditor, Group Treasury and Forex Manager, Financial Controller for Interflour subsidiaries in Sabah, Chief Financial Officer for Intermil Un in Turkey, Strategy and Planning Manager in Singapore, and Chief Financial Officer in Mabuhay Interflour in Philippines before re-joining back Prestasi Flour Mill in February 2021.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance from University of Northumbria UK and Master of Business Administration from UNITAR International University Malaysia.
