Churros
Ingredient :
Cap Rama-Rama wheat flour (Multipurpose Flour) 375 grams
Water 500 grams
Butter 100 grams
Salt 5 grams
8 eggs

Method :
- Combine water, salt and butter in a pan. Open the heat and stir until the sugar dissolves and the butter is melted.
- Turn off the heat, add the flour little by little while stirring. Continue to flip the flour until a soft dough is formed.
- Add the eggs one by one and pour in the hot dough while kneading with a spoon. When the dough is a little cold, it can be kneaded by hand until it is completely well blended and there are no lumps of flour.
- Put the dough in a pipe bag. Use a star nozzle and pipe on a tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Heat a skillet, fry until golden.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar and a little cinnamon powder on top of the cooked Churros cake.
