Sweet Bun

Ingredient :

Cap Rama-Rama 138 Wheat Flour (Bread Flour) 500 grams
Sugar 50 grams
Yeast 50 grams
Salt 5 grams
Condensed milk 25 grams
Bread Improver 2.5 grams
Eggs 80 grams
Cold fresh milk 225 grams
Butter (without salt) 30 grams
Margarine 30 grams 

Method :

  1. Combine all ingredients (all -purpose flour, sugar, yeast, salt, condensed milk, Bread Improver, eggs and fresh milk) except butter and margarine. Mix it in 13 minutes.
  2. Add the butter and margarine and knead until the dough is well developed.
  3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 50gm each and shape into the desired shape.
  5. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and leave until it doubles in size.
  6. Bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
