Sweet Bun
Ingredient :
Cap Rama-Rama 138 Wheat Flour (Bread Flour) 500 grams
Sugar 50 grams
Yeast 50 grams
Salt 5 grams
Condensed milk 25 grams
Bread Improver 2.5 grams
Eggs 80 grams
Cold fresh milk 225 grams
Butter (without salt) 30 grams
Margarine 30 grams
Method :
- Combine all ingredients (all -purpose flour, sugar, yeast, salt, condensed milk, Bread Improver, eggs and fresh milk) except butter and margarine. Mix it in 13 minutes.
- Add the butter and margarine and knead until the dough is well developed.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 50gm each and shape into the desired shape.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and leave until it doubles in size.
- Bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
