Banana Cake

Ingredient :

Butter House 155g
Ovalette Super Sponge (SP) 15g
Sugar 324g
Salt 4g
Egg 324g
Baking Powder 9g
Sodium Bicarbonate 2g
Banana (Mashed) 360g
Cinnamon Powder 2g
Glycerine 18g

Method :

  1. Using a paddle, beat butter, margarine,ovalette, sugar and salt for 1 minute on slow speed and 10 minutes on high speed. Scrape the side of the bowl.
  2. Add eggs gradually over 15 minutes on medium speed.
  3. Premix dry ingredients and add on slow speed over 30 second
  4. Mix banana puree, cinnamon and glycerine. Add on slowspeed over 30 seconds.
  5. Scale at 420g each into small baking tins.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
