Chocolate Chips Cookies
Ingredient :
BAKERS' CHOICE VIT EN FLOUR 350 gm
Butter 250 gm
Brown Sugar 200 gm
Egg Yolk 2 nos
Salt 3.5 gm
Corn Flour 18 gm
Chocolate Flavour 2 drops
Cocoa Powder 18 gm
Method :
- Pre-heat the oven to 180⁰C.
- Lightly grease the baking tray or line it with baking paper.
- Sieve the flour, cocoa powder & corn flour.
- Beat butter, brown sugar and salt until slightly creamy.
- Add egg yolk and mix well.
- Blend in BAKERS' CHOICE VIT EN FLOUR, cocoa powder & corn flour. DO NOT over mix.
- Put the mixture into a cookie press and pipe it onto the greased tray.
- Bake the cookie for 12-15 minutes. (Depends on the oven conditon)
