Pan Mee
Ingredient :
BAKERS' CHOICE VIT EN FLOUR 500 gm
Salt 0.5 gm
Egg 45 gm
*Water 170 gm
*Water can be added from 170 gm to 200 gm
Handmade noodles usually need more water
* You can serving in soup or frying
Method :
- Add in BAKERS' CHOICE VIT EN FLOUR and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Make a well in the middle and add in the egg. Stir with spatula while rotating bowl.
- Add in water slowly and mixing it constantly with hand until it forms a dough. Keep Kneading until the dough starts coming together and no longer sticks to hand.
- After 20-25 minutes of kneading, dough will be soft yet springy to touch.
- Shape dough into a ball and place it in the same mixing bowl cover with a wet kitchen cloth to rest for 30 minutes
- Flatten, fold and cut dough into noodles strands or use pasta machine to continue the rest of the process.
