Pineapple Tart
				
			Pastry :
BAKERS' CHOICE FLOUR VIT EN 350 gm
Unsalted Butter 250 gm
Icing Sugar 88 gm
Egg Yolk 2 nos
Corn Flour 40gm
Pineapple Filling :
Pineapple (Grated) 1 nos
Brown Sugar 300 gm
Lime (Juice) 1 
Method of Making Pastry :
- Mix the unsalted butter and sugar, and gradually add in the egg yolks.
 - Fold in the BAKERS' CHOICE VIT EN FLOUR and knead.
 - Rest the pastry for 30 minutes in the chiller.
 
Pineapple Filling :
- Cook pineapple in hot pot at slow heat until dry at slow fire until dry.
 - Add in brown sugar and lime juice, boil until thick and cool the filling for further usage.
 
Pineapple Tart :
- Roll pastry into thickness of 5mm.
 - Stamp out pastry with pineapple tart mold.
 - Put the filling in the center.
 - Brush pastry with egg yolk.
 - Bake at 180⁰C for 20 minutes.
 - (Depends on the oven conditon)
