Roti Jala

Ingredient :

BAKERS' CHOICE VIT EN FLOUR 250 gm
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Egg 2 nos
Water 550-600ml
Cooking Oil 3-4 tablespoon
Yellow colouring A little 

Method :

  1. Combine BAKERS' CHOICE VIT EN FLOUR, salt, eggs, water and yellow colouring in a large mixing bowl, mix well until there are no lump remaining. (sieve if necessary)
  2. Leave the batter for 20 minutes and pre-heat the pan fryer.
  3. Grease the pan fryer with cooking oil.
  4. Pour the batter into the Roti Jala mould and in a circular motion, form a thin layer of net on the pan fryer.
  5. Fry thoroughly on both side.
