Macademia biscuits
Ingredient :
Green Horse wheat flour (All -purpose flour) 540 grams
Bicarbonate of soda 1 tsp
Butter without salt 360 grams
Refined brown sugar 180 grams
Honey 6 tbsp
Dried coconut 165 grams
Macadamia nuts (chopped) 75 grams
25 grams of coarse brown sugar
White chocolate chips 50 grams
Method :
- Sift together the flour and bicarbonate of soda.
- Beat butter and sugar, then add honey and beat until soft and smooth.
- Add the dried coconut, white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts into the flour mixture. Mix until well blended and into a dough.
- Roll the dough into several small doughs and flatten.
- Roll and sprinkle fine brown sugar over the dough and arrange on a baking tray.
- Bake at 180 ° C for 8 to 10 minutes until cooked through. Ready to be enjoyed.
