Lahad Datu Flour Mill is a joint venture between the Interflour Group and Sabah Economic Development Corporation (SEDCO). Constructed on a turn-key basis, commencing from October 1997 and was completed early July 1999. The mill was officially handed over on 12th July 1999 and commenced commercial production in August 1999.

Lahad Datu Flour Mill (5.022389, 118.351339) is strategically located in the South Easter town of Lahad Datu, a rapidly developing town. The all-weather road linking Lahad Datu to all other towns in the state enables inland deliveries to any location in statewide to be made within a day. This mill situated next to a port facilitating shipments to and from any part of the world.

Lahad Datu Flour Mill was established based on the ever-increasing State population and the increased in down-stream processing of flour-based industry as well as to exploit the Brunei Darussalam–Indonesia–Malaysia–Philippines East ASEAN Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA) market opportunity.

The 300 metric ton per daily milling capacity flour mill is equipped with the most advance machinery and laboratory equipment and capable producing all types of high-quality wheat flour products which generally recognised as “Cap Rama-Rama” brand to meet the need of all small and medium users.

The compliances of certification standard carries “Cap Rama-Rama” brand to step farther in the global food industry with more consistent quality and facilitate the needs of our consumers.
